Sound can soothe the most stressed out mind, my iPod is packed with music, podcasts and guided relaxation recordings that have helped me relax and sleep more times than I could count.
If you have an iPod, or mp3 player, make yourself a peaceful playlist today. You could use classical music, music for relaxation, self-hypnosis, or supportive podcasts. Start gathering anything you feel puts you in a good state of mind.
