Study Recommends EFT Tapping to UK's Health Service for Treatment of Anxiety

An article in the UK's Daily Mail newspaper today outlines a university study into the effectiveness of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping for treating anxiety and depression.

The article titled: Alternative 'tapping' therapy could be used by the NHS to treat anxiety and depression outlines research carried out in the Birmingham area which studied 39 patients during the trial and say that "most improved significantly as a result of the treatment."

Excerpt: "A growing number of studies suggest EFT is an effective and safe treatment, and with the predicted sharp increase in the demand for mental health services – and a corresponding decrease in NHS resources - we feel that the use of EFT should now be extended."
