If you’re new to Tapping, you can get our free tapping Diagram before you tap along HERE. This Tapping session will help you feel more calm and more at ease in your body during this unsettling time.

Guided Tapping sessions help you get good results from Tapping along with an experienced practitioner, but it's important to note that your own words are always the best words. As you gain experience with Tapping, please add some extra Tapping sessions using your own words and to describe your personal concerns with health anxiety. 

Listen out for your own thoughts and insights arising during this Tapping session. You might choose to pause the recording and note them down for your own Tapping self-care work. Health anxiety is not the same for everyone, different people worry about different things related to their health.

Tapping works best when we tune in to the issue at hand and map our progress. Take a moment to think right now, at this moment, how much your anxiety about the coronavirus is impacting you out of ten. Ten would be the highest felt score, and zero represents feeling completely calm and relaxed. 

Choose a number that represents how you feel in this moment, even though there may be times when your score would be much higher, or times when it might be lower, write down the number you would pick to describe the level of your health anxiety right now at this moment.
