If you’ve heard about EFT Tapping but haven’t tried it yet, we’re here to guide you through it. EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, involves gently tapping on certain meridian points on your body to calm your mind and ease anxiety. Think of it like giving yourself a mini massage that helps clear emotional stress.

We explore how tapping works and provide a step-by-step guide to get you started. Whether it’s starting your day with a little tapping session or using it in moments when anxiety feels overwhelming, EFT can be a handy tool to have in your back pocket.

We also touch on using simple affirmations alongside your tapping practice. It’s about stating how you feel and what you’d like to change—and finding some peace in the process.

Introduction to EFT Tapping

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT is the abbreviation for Emotional Freedom Techniques, an effective self-help tool for calming anxiety and fear.

Tapping is a description of the way EFT is used on the body's natural healing energy points - or meridian points (the same points used in acupuncture to help healing).

Tapping is like acupuncture for emotional healing, but you can do it for yourself tapping on a sequence of calming meridian points with your fingertips.
