Are you suffering with anxiety? Please share your concerns here and we'll address them in an upcoming Anxiety Slayer Session.

Community response:

"How can you remember anything, when everything comes at you so fast?"

Discussion:

In response to this question, you can't remember everything. When you feel like everything is coming at you too fast, it's time to stop.

When you're feeling mentally used up you have cut back on your responsibilities.
Sometimes the expectation to remember everything is setting the bar too high.
Be mindful of your expectations.

Suggestions for when your brain is full you can't take anything else in:

  • Stop and take a breath
  • Assess the situation
  • Write things down
  • Ask for help
  • Learn to delegate

You don't have carry the weight of everything on your shoulders.
When you're feeling like it's all to much, STOP and take a breath before you're made to stop.
